Let’s talk about something interesting for the 1st post in 2022.

A study suggests females find the body odour of a male who ate 12g of garlic is more attractive than one who ate only 6g or didn’t eat any at all. (After a thorough research by DB, 12g of garlic is about 2.5 cloves of garlic)

Creative studies like this prove that what we consume into our body is closely related to our skin condition, affecting its glow, youthfulness, breakout, odour, and sweats. For example, another study suggests females think the sweat of male vegetarians has a better smell than male meatatarian’s sweat. (isn’t that interesting?)

On the other hand, if you want the skin to glow and shine, scientists suggest eating more vegetables rich in carotene, like carrot, tomato, and pepper. Different studies have reached the same conclusion that carotene will add a yellow-orange colour, which indicates health, to the skin, the most attractive skin tone to people regardless of skin colour, as shown in the study.

I hope I am not the only one who finds these interesting, and how much garlic again? Happy New Year!

Happy Skin Happy Life!
