Items are sent via SF express service at a flat rate of HK$30.
Standard delivery is free on orders over HK$600.

PICK UP AT SHOP
Customers placing orders in Hong Kong may also select pick up at our store.
We will inform you by phone/email once your order is available to pick up from the shop. Please present the order confirmation email, the credit card (or a copy of the credit card) you used to place the order when the order is collected.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND
No return or exchange, other than defective merchandise.
We do not accept any cancellation after the order has been confirmed. We do not accept exchanges or returns in the case at the convenience of the customer.
If the product delivered is damaged or defective, please contact us by emailing our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the conditions within 7 days of receipt. Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product, we will first verify its condition. All non-returnable items will neither receive a refund nor return to you.
